Wingen Charla is an alternate version of Charla from Arr Place. She appears in the Netflix series,
Charizard Prime. Wingen is the member of the Isle Voyage crew. In the third and final season, she
joins Charizard in the fight against Charmander Five and his Neon robot
army. She is appointed as a new captain of the Isle Voyage crew.
